Monthly Unlimited Auto-Pay $79 every month • Unlimited visits • Enjoy unlimited group classes each month!

All Monthly Unlimited Auto-pay contracts require a 3 month commitment. Your monthly payment will draft from your credit or debit card every four weeks. For example, if you purchased it on the 1st, it will draft on the 1st of each month thereafter. There is a 3-month commitment, and this contract is auto-renewing.

Yoga Elements - 20 pack $180 • 20 visits • 20-pack of sessions good for any regularly scheduled classes. NOTE: The package expires one year from date of purchase.

Yoga Elements - 10 pack $100 • 10 visits • 10-pack of sessions for any regularly scheduled classes. NOTE: The package expires one year from date of purchase.

Yoga Elements - 5 Pack $60 • 5 visits • 5-pack of sessions that can be used for any regularly scheduled class. NOTE: The package expires one year from date of purchase.

Yoga Elements Drop-in $15 • 1 visit • Good for one regularly scheduled yoga class. NOTE: The pass expires one year from date of purchase.

Encapsys Employee Drop-In Rate $8 • 1 visit • Show your employee badge from Encapsys, LLC and receive a discounted drop-in rate of $8.00!

Child/Teen Yoga Drop-in $5 • 1 visit •

Must be 19 or under.

Yoga Elements Student/Military Drop-in $10 • 1 visit • Drop-in yoga class for high school/college students and military/ex-military (must show student / military ID)

The Heart Practices $60 • 4 visits •

This pass will cover the four "Heart Practices" classes below taught by Brittney Dorsey.

Dynamic Movement - Yoga for Flexibility course $50 • 4 visits • Focus on mindfully moving your body through specific exercises and yoga poses in a slow and gentle manner, while gradually releasing a muscle contraction (also called somatic stretching.) This action allows your physical body to work with your brain to reset the muscular system, allowing the release of built up tension and improved flexibility!
This pass will cover all four classes.

Alba Birth Center Drop in class $9 • 1 visit • This pass is good for our Prenatal and Mom and Baby yoga classes.

Live stream drop-in $9 • 1 visit • This pass applies to any livestream class offered via Zoom. The pass will expire one year from the date of purchase.
