Yoga for Graceful Aging with Yoga Nidra

Enjoy this 75-minute gentle flow class with mindful movements and meditation. We will start with 40 minutes of very gentle, mindful flow emphasizing compassion and kindness for the body. We will move into 20 minutes of restorative yoga to help slow down and soften the body. We will end the class with a guided meditation (yoga nidra.)

The class is taught by Susan Spencer and is not included in our class packages.
