All Monthly Unlimited Auto-pay contracts require a 3 month commitment. Your monthly payment will draft from your credit or debit card every four weeks. For example, if you purchased it on the 1st, it will draft on the 1st of each month thereafter. There is a 3-month commitment, and this contract is auto-renewing.


Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures, and in today's yoga community, hatha yoga classes veer away from the rigorous breath-to-movement flows more commonly found in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, and focus on flowing the breath in static postures to be with them longer. You can expect an accommodating practice full of conscious movement, static postures, mindful breathwork and a manageable pace. This dynamic allows for a greater focus on alignment and mindful breathing, making this practice accessible to all students of all levels.
