Terms and conditions for Monthly Unlimited Auto-Pay

This plan requires enrolling in a monthly auto-pay program. $79/month will be charged each month to your credit or debit card. This plan is applicable to all regular classes on the weekly schedule (does not apply to workshops or speical events.)

30 days notice is required for cancellation. Notice must be provided in writing to Kathy Davis at the studio or via e-mail at kathy@yogaelementswi.com. Exceptions may be made in special situations.
